Common Scents Dog Training LLC (“Common Scents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Kansas limited liability company, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the Common Scents Dog Training mobile application (“App”).

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit content depicting another person.
Content submitted for trainer review may be accessed by Common Scents Dog Training LLC and authorized trainers, employees, contractors, or service providers as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
Community Information
When you participate in community features, information you choose to post may be visible to other App users.
This may include your profile information, comments, photographs, videos, questions, responses, and other information you voluntarily share.
You should not post information in community areas that you wish to keep private.
Purchase and Subscription Information
When you purchase a membership, subscription, course, service, or other offering through the App, we may receive information regarding your transaction, including:
Product or service purchased;
Transaction status;
Subscription status;
Purchase date;
Renewal information; and
Other transaction-related information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, Apple, Google, or other providers.
Common Scents Dog Training LLC may not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment is processed by a third-party provider.
Your payment information may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable payment provider.

We may collect information when you communicate with us through:
The App;

Community features;
Customer-support requests;
Trainer communications;
Live video calls; or

Live Calls and Recordings
The App may provide access to live video calls, workshops, question-and-answer sessions, coaching sessions, or similar services.
Some sessions may be recorded and made available to eligible users for educational or replay purposes.
When a session is recorded, participants may be notified as appropriate.
If you participate in a recorded session, your name, voice, image, questions, comments, or other information you voluntarily share may appear in the recording.
You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information during group calls or recorded sessions.
Device and Technical Information
When you use the App, we or our technology providers may automatically collect certain technical information, which may include:

App version;

Information you voluntarily post in community areas should be considered visible to other members who have access to those areas.
We cannot control what another user does with information you voluntarily make available to that user.
Do not share sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, confidential information, or other information you do not want other community members to see.
Common Scents may moderate, restrict, or remove community content in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and community standards.
6. TRAINING VIDEOS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
Videos and photographs submitted privately for trainer review are used to provide training feedback and related App services.
Submitting a photograph or video for trainer review does not automatically grant Common Scents Dog Training LLC permission to publicly use that content in advertising, social media, promotional materials, testimonials, or unrelated marketing.
We may request separate authorization if we wish to use your content publicly for promotional or marketing purposes.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Maintain your account;
Provide services;
Maintain transaction and business records;
Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
Resolve disputes;
Prevent fraud or abuse;
Enforce agreements; and
Comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account as required by applicable law, subject to information we may reasonably or legally retain.

Content you have shared with other users may not always be completely removable if another user has independently retained or reproduced that information.
Deleting your Common Scents account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription processed through Apple, Google, or another third-party provider. You are responsible for separately canceling applicable subscriptions through the appropriate subscription-management system.
9. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no application, network, electronic transmission, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through or stored by the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or use the App.
If we learn that an individual under 18 has provided personal information through an unauthorized account, we may take appropriate steps to remove the information and terminate the account.
